I'm not convinced that the company can convert enough of its users into paying subscribers. AI is a double-edged sword: It could expand content and improve efficiency, but recent AI-driven changes triggered user backlash. I don't believe AI tools will make language learning obsolete, but AI could shrink the total language-learning addressable market at the margins.
