GLEN ALLEN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dynex Capital, Inc. announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per share on its Common Stock (NYSE: DX) for December 2025. The Common dividend is payable on January 9, 2026, to shareholders of record as of January 2, 2026.The Company’s Board also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.61437 per share of its Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: DXPRC) for the fourth quarter of 2025. The Preferred dividend is payable on January 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of January 1, 2026.The Series C Preferred shares accrue dividends at a floating rate equal to Three-Month CME Term SOFR plus 0.26161% plus 5.461%.
