mortgage assets, announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per share on its Common Stock (NYSE: DX) for March 2026. The Common dividend is payable on April 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 23, 2026. The Company's Board also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.58711 per share of its Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: DXPRC) for the first quarter of 2026. The Preferred dividend is payable on April 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2026. The Series C Preferred shares accrue dividends at a floating rate equal to Three-Month CME Term SOFR plus 0.26161% plus 5.461%.
