Watt , who was just released from the hospital following surgery to repair a partially collapsed lung , the star defender received some kind words from the most unlikely of rivals — Cleveland Browns DE Myles Garrett On Friday, Garrett sent a heartfelt message to Watt, downplaying their rivalry and wishing the Steelers edge rusher a speedy recovery as he navigates these tough times. "I reached out to him. I don't have his number or anything, but I reached out to him to see if he's alright," Garrett told reporters. "I'm hoping for the best. At the end of the day, our teams may be rivals and they might create a rivalry between us, but he's not my enemy. I'm hoping for the best for him and his health.
