HELENA, Mont., Oct. 28, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eagle Bancorp Montana, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBMT), (the “Company,” “Eagle”), the holding company of Opportunity Bank of Montana (the “Bank”), today reported net income of $3.6 million, or $0.46 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2025, compared to $3.2 million, or $0.41 per diluted share, in the preceding quarter, and $2.7 million, or $0.34 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2024. In the first nine months of 2025, net income increased to $10.1 million, or $1.29 per diluted share, compared to $6.3 million, or $0.81 per diluted share, in the first nine months of 2024. Eagle’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.145 per share on October 23, 2025. The dividend will be payable December 5, 2025, to shareholders of record November 14, 2025.
