LOWELL, Mass., April 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBTC), parent of Enterprise Bank, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.175 per share to be paid on June 1, 2020 to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2020. The dividend rate for the second quarter of 2020 is an increase of $0.015 per share over the dividend rate of $0.16 for the same period in 2019. The Company also announced net income for the three months ended March 31, 2020 of $4.0 million, or $0.34 per diluted share, compared to $8.7 million, or $0.74 per diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2019.
