BOGOTÁ, Colombia, March 25, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- In accordance with the authorizations and recommendations provided by the Colombian Financial Superintendence and the Superintendence of Companies, the President of Ecopetrol S.A. (the "Company") is permitted to publicize the call notice published on February 25, 2020 and its reminder published on March 22, 2020 in order to specify that:The ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting (the "Meeting") of Ecopetrol S.A. scheduled for 9 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2020, will be held remotely due to public health reasons and as required by the mobility restrictions imposed by the Colombian Government.The Meeting will be streamed live on the Ecopetrol website at www.ecopetrol.com.co and via a public televised broadcast on the Institutional Channel (Canal Institucional), beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2020.To ensure shareholders' rights, Ecopetrol has provided a mechanism whereby shareholders may be represented by one of the attorneys the C
