pleased to announce its financial and operating results for the three- and twelve-month periods ended December 31, 2025, as well as the results of its independent reserves assessment as at December 31, 2025. Additionally, the Company declares its Q1 2026 regular dividend of C$0.385 per share and provides an operational update. All amounts herein are in United States dollars (“USD”) unless otherwise stated. Key Highlights Generated annual funds flow provided by operations ("FFO") of $455 million and free funds flow of $145 million in 2025.
