Okeanis has competitive advantages, including a newer fleet, commercial outperformance, and a transparent and shareholder-friendly corporate policy. Q4 was unremarkable, but Q1 is almost certain to be much stronger. I estimate that Okeanis has a forward yield in the high teens, which might be conservative if OPEC reverses its cuts in H2 2024. The fundamentals of the crude tanker market remain strong, but it may be time to think about an exit strategy over the next couple of years.
