Technip Energies ( THNPY ) for approximately $530 million in net proceeds, a move that reshapes the company's balance sheet and strategic focus. Following the closing of the transaction, Ecovyst applied $465 million of the proceeds to pay down its term loan, a step that reduced net debt leverage to below 1.5x. Chief executive Kurt J.
