(Nasdaq: ECX) ("ECARX" or the "Company"), a global mobility technology provider, today announced that it had entered into a securities purchase agreement (the "Transaction") with ATW Partners, a New York-based investment firm, under which the Company may issue and sell convertible notes for up to an aggregate principal amount of $150 million. This financing is expected to enhance ECARX's liquidity position and strengthen its balance sheet, providing greater financial flexibility to execute on its strategic priorities.
