SUNNYVALE, Calif., Feb. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- eGain (Nasdaq: EGAN), a leading provider of AI-powered knowledge management solutions, today announced financial results for its fiscal 2026 second quarter ended December 31, 2025. “I am pleased with our second-quarter performance, highlighted by the 27% year-over-year growth in AI Knowledge Hub ARR,” said Ashu Roy, eGain’s CEO. “AI Knowledge Hub now represents 64% of our total SaaS ARR, and we continued to build momentum with several customer wins during the quarter.
