Revenue increased 12.2% year over year, with gross margin expanding to 68.8% and a strengthened balance sheet following the Company’s NYSE American listing. The Company also announced that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
