SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 8x8, Inc. (NYSE: EGHT) today announced its intention to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $200.0 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2024 (the “notes”) in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to an exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”).
