Production is ramping up as Gabon's drilling campaign yields results. EGY benefits from geopolitical tailwinds. Its West African and Egyptian operations are insulated from the Strait of Hormuz risks. Recent collection of (very roughly) $70 million in overdue Egyptian receivables has bolstered liquidity, minimizing net borrowings to roughly $1 million. The startup of production when the FPSO is back to the production field should turn cash flow positive.
