the “Company”) , a renewable energy and power generator and developer of renewable energy and power projects in Europe, Israel and the USA, today reported its unaudited interim consolidated financial results for the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2025. Financial Highlights Total assets as of June 30, 2025 amounted to approximately €729.3 million, compared to total assets as of December 31, 2024 of approximately €677.3 million. Revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2025 were approximately €11.3 million, compared to revenues of approximately €11.2 million for the three months ended June 30, 2024. Revenues for the six months ended June 30, 2025 were approximately €20.1 million, compared to revenues of approximately €19.5 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024.
