in the field of printed circuit boards, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend in the amount of US$0.22 per share and in the aggregate an amount of approximately US$1.3 million The dividend is payable on December 21 , in US dollars, to all of the Company's shareholders of record as of December 13, 2023 The dividend is subject to a withholding tax at the rate of 25%.
