announces that its Board of Directors have approved an increase in the company's quarterly dividend on its common share to $0.7325 per share. The new quarterly dividend represents an annualized dividend of $2.93, a 1% increase from the previous annual dividend of $2.90 per share. "Today's increase marks our 19 th consecutive year of growing our dividend and reflects our continued focus on delivering stable and sustainable returns to our shareholders," said Scott Balfour, President and CEO of Emera Inc. "Our continued dividend growth is supported by our forecasted 7-8% rate base growth through 2029 and 5-7% average adjusted earnings per share growth target through 2027." Emera continues to prioritize the enhancement of shareholder value through disciplined financial management and a robust growth strategy.
