HOPEWELL JUNCTION, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- eMagin Corporation, or the “Company” (NYSE AMERICAN:EMAN), a leader in the development, design and manufacture of Active Matrix OLED microdisplays for high resolution imaging products, today announced the closing of its previously announced registered direct offering of 4 million shares of its common stock at a purchase price per share of $0.50, for gross proceeds to the Company of approximately $2.0 million before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses. The Company also issued unregistered warrants to the investor to purchase up to 3 million shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.78 per share. The warrants are exercisable six months following issuance and will expire five and one-half years from the issuance date.
