(the “Company”) (Nasdaq: EMISU) announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 11,500,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, including 1,500,000 units sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriter’s over-allotment option. The offering resulted in gross proceeds of $115,000,000. The units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) on September 25, 2025, under the ticker symbol “EMISU.” Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right (the “Share Right”) to receive one tenth (1/10) of one Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination.
