ENGlobal Turnaround Is Imminent ENGlobal ( On the surface, it appears to be a doom and gloom story, but the stock price chart is painting a different story. So, what's going on here? Earnings have yet to improve but management initiated a change in strategy in 2017 and is now significantly hiring for the first time since 2009. New hires must mean a pick up in contracts.
