SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif., Feb. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Ensign Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENSG), the parent company of the Ensign™ group of companies, which invest in and provide skilled nursing and senior living services, physical, occupational and speech therapies, other rehabilitative and healthcare services, and real estate, announced today that it acquired the operations of “Agave Grove Post Acute”, a 225-bed skilled nursing facility located in Glendale, Arizona which is subject to a long-term, triple net lease with a third-party landlord. This acquisition was effective as of February 1, 2026. “We are thrilled to be adding another facility to Arizona continuing our statewide growth from last year,” said Barry Port, Ensign's Chief Executive Officer. “We are always looking to add facilities that cluster well with our other facilities in and around the Phoenix area and are excited to add this facility to our growing portfolio,” he added.
