(Nasdaq: ENSG), the parent company of the Ensign(TM) group of companies, which provide post-acute healthcare services and invest in the long-term healthcare industry, primarily in skilled nursing and senior living facilities, announced operating results for the third quarter of 2025, reporting GAAP diluted earnings per share of $1.42 and adjusted earnings per share(1) of $1.64, both for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Highlights Include: GAAP diluted earnings per share for the quarter was $1.42, an increase of 6.0% over the prior year quarter, and adjusted diluted earnings per share(1) for the quarter was $1.64, an increase of 18.0% over the prior year quarter.GAAP net income was $83.8 million for the quarter, an increase of 6.9% over the prior year quarter, and adjusted net income(1) was $96.5 million for the quarter, an increase of 18.9% over the prior year quarter.Same Facilities and Tra
