WATERTOWN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Enanta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ENTA), a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to creating small molecule drugs for virology and immunology indications, today announced the pricing of an upsized underwritten public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $10.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Enanta. The offering is expected to close on October 2, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The gross proceeds to Enanta from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be $65.0 million. In addition, Enanta has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.J.P.
