SALT LAKE CITY, April 21, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Snap Finance ® , a leading fintech platform that drives retailer growth by expanding consumer access to financing, announces the appointments of Lisa Young as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and Todd Mayhew as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Lisa Young brings more than 30 years of experience advising and scaling high-growth companies and delivering shareholder value through organic growth, IPOs, and acquisitions. She joins Snap most recently from the Long-Term Stock Exchange, where she served as General Counsel and Secretary. Previously, Young held General Counsel roles at LendingTree, Axiom Global, and Enova International. Earlier in her career, she served in-house at JPMorgan Chase and in private practice. She earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Todd Mayhew brings more than 25 years of
