Q4 was bad almost across the board with sales missing expectations by almost 40%, record Adjusted EBITDA losses and persistently elevated cash burn. However, liquidity won't be an issue for the time being as the company recently raised more than $1 billion in net proceeds from concurrent common stock and convertible notes offerings. Assuming full conversion of the Cerberus Preferred Stock, remaining 2030 convertible notes and exercise of all in-the-money warrants, outstanding shares would increase by more than 60%.
