This extension removes the potential need to repay it this year. Empire's revolver commitments are still being reduced by $0.25 million per month, which would make that $13.75 million at the end of 2026. I estimate that EP will need $15 million in funding during 2026 if it has a $10 million capex budget. Weaker natural gas prices and continued sub-$60 oil may lead it to reduce its development plans.
