We shifted capital to EPR.PR.G at a 7% stripped yield, exploiting intra-class inefficiencies as EPR.PR.E became less attractive. EPR.PR.C now trades at a low 5.44% yield, reflecting conversion optionality but exposing holders to significant downside risk if common shares fall.
