On Monday, April 6, the Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, Six Flags' parent company, announced it successfully closed the previously announced sale of six U.S. parks. The sale includes Minnesota's Valleyfair, Michigan's Adventure, the Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston in Texas, Six Flags St. Louis and Six Flags Great Escape in New York. The properties are now owned by Kansas City-based real estate investment
