Company Closed its Acquisition of Frontier Holdings LLC on January 1, 2026, Entering Nebraska WICHITA, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Equity Bancshares, Inc. (NYSE: EQBK) (“Equity,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), the Wichita-based holding company of Equity Bank, reported net income of $22.1 million or $1.15 per diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Adjusting for pre-tax expenses associated with our acquisitions of NBC Corp of Oklahoma (“NBC”) and Frontier Holdings LLC (“Frontier”), tax effected at 21%, net income was $23.2 million, or $1.21 per share.“2025 has been a transformative year for our Company and the fourth quarter was no exception,” said Brad S.
