Quarterly AFFO -- Surpassed $1 billion for the first time, increasing 11% year over year. AFFO per share -- $10.79, up 10% year over year on a normalized and constant currency basis. Churn -- 1.7%, below guided range due to delayed churn events and renewal process execution; full-year tracking toward 2%-2.5% guidance range.
