The agreement enables Wood to continue providing engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services at the liquefied natural gas (LNG) development. In August 2023, Wood secured a contract extension until October 2025 for the same project. The NWS Project remains one of the largest and most established LNG developments globally, offering consistent energy supply to both local and international markets. The renewed agreement involves modifications aimed at enhancing the production, reliability and lifespan of several offshore facilities within Woodside's portfolio. These facilities include the North Rankin Complex , Goodwyn A platform and Okha floating production, storage and offloading unit.
