(NASDAQ: ESLA) (the “Company”), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing CD19 and CD22-targeted ARTEMIS T-cell therapies to treat cancers and autoimmune diseases, today announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with a single healthcare-focused institutional investor for the purchase and sale of shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (“Common Stock”) and pre-funded warrants (the “Pre-Funded Warrants”) in a registered direct offering.
