A member of Costco Wholesale ( NASDAQ:COST ), Matthew Stockov of Illinois, has filed a proposed class action arguing the retailer should reimburse shoppers who may have paid higher prices tied to tariffs imposed under US President Donald Trump. The case arrives after the US Supreme Court struck down some of those duties on Feb. 20, a ruling that has already triggered a wave of refund claims from companies that paid tariffs on imported goods.
