HAIFA, Israel, April 17, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ESLT) and (TASE: ESLT) ("Elbit Systems" or the "Company") announced today that its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting"), which was postponed to Thursday, April 18, 2024, from its originally scheduled date of Tuesday, April 9, 2024, has been further postponed in order to allow the Company time to consider additional comments received from the market with respect to the items on the Meeting agenda.
