HAMILTON, Bermuda, Feb. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Essent Group Ltd. (NYSE: ESNT) today reported net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 of $155.0 million or $1.60 per diluted share, compared to $167.9 million or $1.58 per diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. For the full year 2025, net income was $690.0 million or $6.90 per diluted share, compared to $729.4 million or $6.85 per diluted share for 2024. Essent also announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per common share. The dividend is payable on March 23, 2026 to shareholders of record on March 13, 2026. “We are pleased to report strong operating performance in the fourth quarter and full year 2025, which underscores the resilience of our business model and our ability to generate sustainable, long-term value for our shareholders,” said Mark A.
