Eaton Corporation plc (NYSE:ETN) is a power management company that makes and sells equipment for industrial and residential use. The firm made headlines last week after it announced a $9.5 billion deal to buy Boyd Corporation's thermal business. The deal is expected to beef up Eaton Corporation plc (NYSE:ETN)'s presence in the liquid cooling industry for data centers. Discussing the deal after its announcement, Cramer pointed out that liquid cooling was very important for the next generation of data centers. He went as far as to call Eaton Corporation plc (NYSE:ETN) a “well run” company owned by his charitable trust. However, in a later appearance, Cramer added that it was important to time purchases of the shares.
