SINGAPORE, Jan. 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EUDA Health Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: EUDA) “EUDA” or “the Company”, a Singapore-based non-invasive healthcare provider in Asia focused on Singapore, Malaysia, and China, today announced that it has entered into an amendment (the “Warrant Amendment”) to its previously disclosed warrant agreement with Streeterville Capital, LLC (“Streeterville Capital”). Background on the Original Warrant Transaction As previously announced, on November 26, 2025, EUDA entered into a securities purchase agreement with Streeterville Capital, a Utah limited liability company, for the issuance of a warrant (the “Warrant”) exercisable into up to 2,000,000 newly issued ordinary shares of EUDA for an aggregate purchase price of US$100,000. The Warrant was issued on December 4, 2025.
