OXFORDSHIRE, U.K.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Lombard Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: EVAR), a medical device company focused on endovascular aneurysm repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA), today announced that it has notified Nasdaq of its intention to voluntarily delist the Company’s shares from the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) and transfer its listing to the OTCQX. Lombard anticipates that its common shares will trade under its existing ticker symbol EVAR on the OTCQX Market effective as of the market open on November 9, 2017. The Company intends to file a Form 25, Notification of Removal from Listing under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, with the SEC on November 9, 2017, notifying the SEC of delisting from Nasdaq and trading on Nasdaq will cease on the same day.
