(OTC: EVLI) ("Everlert" or the "Company") today announced the execution of a non-binding Letter of Intent ("LOI") to acquire 100% of the equity quotas of STIRERIE MORETTI S.R.L. ("Stirerie Moretti"), an established Italian provider of professional ironing and textile finishing services based in Perugia, Italy. The acquisition represents a strategic vertical integration of the Company's luxury apparel supply chain, bringing critical finishing operations in-house for its Zanieri premium cashmere and knitwear business. Strategic Rationale: Vertical Integration of Zanieri's Supply Chain The acquisition of Stirerie Moretti directly supports the growth strategy of Zanieri, Everlert's core operating subsidiary and one of Italy's leading producers of premium cashmere.
