Fifth annual Powering the Holidays Grant Program Delivers Over $60,000 to Northern Illinois Communities CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As the holiday season draws near, ComEd and the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus are empowering communities across northern Illinois with grants to help light up the winter months with festive cheer.
