Chesapeake Energy, has its first new ownership since it was built up by company founders Aubrey McClendon and Tom Ward. The seller, Expand Energy , and buyer, Robinson Park, did not disclose the transaction price after closing on the sale on Wednesday. The Dec. 31th transaction, brokered by Walker Ryan of Colliers and Travis Mason of Cushman Wakefield, spans 844,000 square feet that at one time was considered one of the most amenity-rich corporate headquarters in the city.
