SANTA ROSA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On November 18, 2025, the Exchange Bank Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.30 per share on common stock outstanding to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 28, 2025.
