Ford builds Rangers on four continents. The midsize pickup has nearly 50% European share, way ahead of #2 A Ranger plug-in hybrid, available in some countries, can go about 30 miles on a charge. Against all odds, the Ford Ranger midsize pickup has become a global star. Nobody's more surprised than Ford.
