CEO Jim Farley is walking away from 2025 with his biggest compensation package yet, according to documents Ford filed Friday, March 27, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. With stock awards and benefits included, Farley made $27,519,558 in 2025. The pay package is the heftiest payout Farley has seen as Ford CEO, a job he took over in 2020. Last year, Farley made about $3 million less. The bump in pay comes after a profitable year for Ford, despite challenges like a devastating fire at an aluminum supplier plant in New York and the whirlwind of tariffs affecting the automotive industry. In the filing, Ford laid out how the Dearborn-based company spent over $100 million on its top executives in 2025.
