The automaker's U.S. market share has slightly increased by tailoring production to specific dealer orders rather than using bulk output. Nissan plans to introduce its e-Power hybrid technology to the U.S. market in 2026, starting with an imported Rogue model. The company aims to produce next-generation e-Power vehicles and components in its Tennessee plants starting in 2027. After a rocky year, Nissan Americas is banking on Tennessee to anchor its recovery in 2026, Chairman Christian Meunier said, calling the state vital to the automaker's push to reclaim market share.
