Shareholders held on April 13, 2026, shareholders voted to approve the reorganization of FCO into the abrdn Asia-Pacific Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE American: FAX). Aberdeen Investments (PRNewsfoto/Aberdeen Investments U.S. Closed End Funds) As of the record date, December 12, 2025, FCO had 13,476,542 shares of common stock outstanding. Of these shares, 65.85% were voted at the Special Meeting, representing a quorum. Shareholders of the Fund voted on the proposals set forth below: Approve an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization between the abrdn Global Income Fund, Inc.
