Amazon Offers Product Sampling Program To Brands, Rooted In Machine Learning Amazon is experimenting with product samples as a paid service for CPG brands looking to increase sales. Maybelline and Folgers are two brands that have been sending product samples out to customers, according to Axios Amazon customers have reported receiving product samples in recent months, separate to Amazon’s Prime Sample program, where customers pay to receive a box of product samples.
