U.S. futures are actually pointing higher following Tuesday’s 3% fall on Wall Street. Emerging-market equities gained 0.5%. While a Reuters tally shows more than 2.5 million COVID-19 cases globally, another $500 billion in relief has come through for the U.S. economy and the governors of half a dozen states plan to reopen businesses.
