Samsung clearly wants to convey the message that this is a premium phone, further evidenced by the device’s special support line, the bundling of the device with Samsung Galaxy Buds, and the offer of one free display replacement. While the free display replacement likely won’t be necessary for consumers, it’s a nice gesture designed to give customers peace of mind on a $2,000 device with a relatively untested form factor.
